We are Family.
To wed or not to wed. That is the question. Yep, two of your Oklahoma City Thunder are getting married over the off season. Earl Watson and Nenad Kristic are the lucky men to get a wife. Nenad Kristic and his finance Tonya are getting married in Serbia. After the wedding reception the fun is over. Kristic says he will not take an extravagent honeymoon. The dude might not even have one because of playing for his national team: Serbia. He can not have the wedding in July because of Serbian Orthadox tradition. Kristic says that can be a chance of an early honeymoon. Mr. Watson plans to be in Mexico after his wedding to plan a basketball camp. Oh yeah get ready for the middle of the night wakin', baby barfing, cry all day newcomer of the Sefolosha family. Thabo Sefolosha's wife is pregnet. The magic day June 15th. On behalf of all the blogs on SJS Sports Blog I would personally like to congratulate the new families. Go Thunder!

Russell Westbrook Named To NBA all Rookie Team!
Thursday, Russell Westbrook was names to the NBA All Rookie Team. Westbrook was the 4th overall pick in the NBA Draft. The former UCLA Bruin was the only Thunder to play all 82 games. He was the only rookie to record a triple-double in a win over the Dallas Mavericks. In the game Westbrook scored 17 points had 10 rebounds and 10 assists in a 96-87 win. The team consisted of Derrick Rose, O.J. Mayo, Brook Lopez, Micheal Beasley, and Russel Westbrook. I am surprised that Kevin Love or Eric Gorden didn't make it. I think one of them could have gone in Micheal Beasley's spot. All the other players had great seasons. Thank you the Oklahoman for all states. Go Thunder!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A win at the end of a season is what I call a momentum boost in the off season. The Thunder destroyed/routed/manhandled/embarrassed/ the Clippers. Yes, we didn't make the playoffs. Yes, we did beat the Clippers for the last game of the season. Don't tell me the Thunder stink. I know that. So back to the win, Durant scored a game high 26 points and Jeff Green added 19. Russel Westbrook had to highlight reel dunks. You know that what happens when you go to UCLA. The Thunder forced 22 turnovers. Baron Davis went 1 out of 5 in the first half and finished with 8 points. Good win and I can't wait for the draft. Go Thunder.

WE SUCK
Thunder-Trailblazers. Final score 113 to 83 Portland. Earl Watson, a player that comes of the bench had more points than any other starters. You can't win like that. The game was boring. I stopped following the game at halftime. Tomorrow we play the sissy Clippers. Let's win. Oh ya, I would like a new coach PRONTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go Thunder.

WOW
So we lose to the Lakers. I get that. I NEVER EVER EVER thought the Thunder will beat the Lakers. If they did ... i have no clue what I would do. Thunder lose 89 to 107. You'd think they we would score in the 90's. I really don't want to talk about that game except for stats. Too painful. Durant had 24 points, Collison had 8 rebounds and Westbrook had 6 assits. Then we play Toronto. We get BLOWN OUT! Not even funny. Chris Bosh is sick. Honostly he's a beast. Oh ya when you have a BIG guy (Shawn Marion) + Chris Bosh who both score in their 20 + you play Oklahoma City Thunder= A WIN. Come on.
SO out of curiosity I wanted to know what were the most win /lose in a row. WINS IN A ROW:3
LOSE IN A ROW 14. WOWWOWWOW! NO COMENT.
NEXT WE PLAY BOSTON.

1,000 Games Coached: 1 B.I.G. Loss
On Monday the Thunder hosted the 1st place Spurs. This was Spurs Coach Greg Popovich 1,000 game coached. The San Antonio Spurs blew a 17 point lead to the 5th place Thunder. The Thunder won by two points, 78 to 76. Durant lead the Thunder with 25 points followed by Thabo Sefolosha who scores 12. The Spurs Tony Parker scored a game high 28 points but it wasn't enough. Tony Parker also had a chance to win the game with a three but misses. I really liked the D by Westbrook and Durant. This proves that the Thunder will be a team to beat in the next couple of years.
The Thunder then get a day of rest and they take on the Bulls of Chicago. Derrick Rose lead the Bulls to a 103 to 96 win over the home team Thunder. Durant lead all scores with 28 points and Nick Collision pounded the boards with 13 rebounds. The Rose-Westbrook match-up was very interesting. The two top five draft picks did really well and showed a lot of skill. For rookie of the year Rose gets the award. Overall the Thunder have to work on their defense.
Tonight the Thunder host the Jazz. Should be a good game. Go THUNDER!!!!

We can NEVER beat Denver
We lost to Denver. We lost to Denver. We lost to Denver. Man! We need Kevin Durant back. We have good play by Russel Westbrook and Jeff Green. Back to Durant: he leads the team in 5 categories. One of them is scoring with 26.0 points a game. So we lose 112 to 99. Add 26 points. That is more than 112. Obviously our main problem is D. So lets get some hard practices this week and lets beat Phoenix tomorrow. I want 30 wins! Thanks Yahoo for the point update on Durant. Go THUNDER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Win
I am not dumb. Yes I know that Sacramento isn't the best team in the league but a win's a win. There was also great play by the rookie out of Westwood and the 1 year vet out of Gorgetown. Yup, Russel Westbrook and Jeff Green had a great game. Both men scored 24 big ones in the 99 98 win. Another note to take place on the game: Kevin Durant did not play. The Thunder take on Denver tonight. It would be a huge momentum boost if we win. GO THUNDER!

I Hate Denver
Denver beats OCT by 1. I liked how Durant had a great game. The ally was awesome. Durant also makes an awesome lay-up to get a 113-112 lead. Then Denver's Carmelo Anthony gets a lucky shot for the second time this year against the Thunder. As you may remember Melo hits a game winning three pointer against the Thunder earlier this season. Now Melo gets lucky with a floater and he has two guys in his face. Play D. Man!!!!! The Thunder play the Portland Trailblazers tonight. Go Thunder!

A Thunderous Week
What’s up sports fans!!!! Since our last update the Oklahoma City Thunder have been on a role. They are 2 and 1 since the last update and are 5 and 2 in the past seven games. I can’t live with losing to the Clippers. I would say that they are one of the worst teams! Losing to the Clips by 3 isn’t so bad but losing because two players had great games (Eric Gordon and Al Thornton.) Now that is bad. On the positive side of that game Durant had 46 big ones with 24 from the line. Beating the Nets at home by 9 is pretty impressive. I think the big game was beating Memphis in OT. Durant again has a great game with 35 but what play stood out to me was seeing my boy Russell Westbrook steal the ball and finish it with a one handed jam. Just like the good old days at UCLA. A great win comes with great sacrifice. The Thunder lost guard Desmond Mason to a season long injury. So we hope that Mason will get better as soon as possible. Then we play Utah. You do not lose to Utah by twenty. NEVER!!!!!! The only credit I give the Thunder is that the game was in Utah. Durant gets a double double. Always a good sign. We lose to the Kings by four because we did not finish. I hope we can turn it around against Denver tomorrow. Go Thunder.
